I was suffering from BP, diabetes and Prostate enlargement since 2014 and had been talking Allopathy medicines. It happened to consult Charaka clinic in Jan 2025 and started taking Ayurveda medicines minimising taking of Allopathy medicines. As of now my Prostate has become normal and BP has become normal and now I am pre Diabetic stage. The added advantage of using Ayurveda medicine is my body acquiring normal stage : even my spectacles number is reduced. Now I can read the newspaper with out glasses. This is my personal experience of shifting to Ayurveda system. Allopathy is required when any surgery is needed.
